Supporting Principals as Inclusive Leaders in Systems Change

Join us at the Supporting Principals as Inclusive Leaders in System Change webinar. This virtual webinar lead by educators and researchers will feature the following:

• Introduction to systems change and the science of school improvement
• Discussion of the most promising strategies for inciting systems change

Presenters will share insights gained from a 3-year pilot program, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and led by RTI International in collaboration with SRI International and NIRN, to improve systems, learning experiences, and outcomes for Black and Latinx students with disabilities in 10 charter management organizations across the U.S.

• Identify key actions leaders can take to support inclusive environments
• Share resources to support inclusive leaders
