Marceline Murawski

Marceline Bunzey Murawski, the Director of the Center for Publishing and Production, leads an award-winning staff of 45 in providing professional inclusive and plain language editing, production, accessibility, and webinar and management services. As publications lead, she implements processes and innovations that improve quality and maximize timelines for high visibility, national scientific and public health publications and communications.

Ms. Murawski has served as the Project Director for the editing and production contract of the National Science Foundation’s Science and Engineering Indicators and as publications lead for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s National Analytic Center/Analytic Support Center contract.

She is a leader in the research institute publishing industry and has more than 30 years of experience with inclusive and plain language editing, writing, and copyediting. Ms. Murawski is also an adept translational writer and editor of scientific and medical material. As a conference presenter, she has spoken about various topics, including accessible publications, production technology, and staff management and development. Ms. Murawski is a member of the Research Institute Publishing Executives and the American Copy Editors Society.
