Tritium labelling of pharmaceuticals by metal-catalysed exchange methods
Hesk, D., Lavey, C. F., & McNamara, P. (2010). Tritium labelling of pharmaceuticals by metal-catalysed exchange methods. Journal of Labelled Compounds and Radiopharmaceuticals, 53(11-12), 722-730. https://doi.org/10.1002/jlcr.1800
Metal-catalysed exchange with tritiated water and tritium gas has been extensively used to prepare a wide range of tritium-labelled compounds in support of pharmaceutical research. Examples of the utility of both heterogeneous and homogeneous metal catalysts to label a very broad range of structures will be discussed in this review.
