Synthesis and reactions of a novel chlorostannane resin: coupling with functionalized organozinc halides
Zhu, XZ., Blough, B., & Carroll, F. (2000). Synthesis and reactions of a novel chlorostannane resin: coupling with functionalized organozinc halides. Tetrahedron Letters, 41(48), 9219-9222.
A novel resin-bound chlorostannane has been developed from Merrifield resin for use in solid-phase organic synthesis. This polymer was coupled with functionalized aryl-, heterocyclic-, benzyl- and styryl-zinc halides to afford resin-bound functionalized organostannanes with complete conversion as shown by gel-phase C-13 NMR analysis.
