Abstract

The multi-site evaluation of the Honest Opportunity Probation with Enforcement Demonstration Field Experiment (HOPE DFE) was a four-site, randomized controlled trial to replicate and evaluate a Hawaii probation program widely touted as successful in reducing drug use, violations, and reincarceration.
