Emerging public health law and policy issues concerning state medical cannabis programs
Tilburg, W. C., Hodge, J. G., & Gourdet, C. (2019). Emerging public health law and policy issues concerning state medical cannabis programs. Journal of Law Medicine & Ethics, 47(2_suppl), 108-111. https://doi.org/10.1177/1073110519857331

This article examines these issues, the policy approaches states are adopting to protect patients and the public, and an assessment of the underlying federal legal landscape.
