Awardees were selected based on an independent survey of college students and employees
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — RTI International, a nonprofit research institute, today announced that it has been recognized as one of America’s Dream Employers 2025. The prestigious award is presented by Forbes in collaboration with Statista, a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

America’s Dream Employers 2025 were selected based on an independent survey of college students and employees working over the last three years for companies and institutions employing at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. from all industry sectors. Statista gathered more than 266,000 data points as part of the survey and the final score is based on how frequently each company and institution was named as a “dream employer” by respondents.
RTI offers market-leading benefits and a dynamic workplace that allows staff to select the work environment that is best for them. The institute also supports 14 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that comprise more than 1,900 individuals and are actively engaged in enhancing the RTI work-life experience.
In recent years, RTI has also been recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Employers for Diversity (2024), Best Employers for Women (2022) and one of America's Best Midsize Employers (2022).
