Mr. Jolaoso supports the Solutions Coaching Interactive PDF and Digital Toolkit project, which incorporates coaching into various projects and team processes. He also leads the Power Africa Off-Grid Productive Use of Energy Interactive Catalogs, a portfolio of available products for agro-processing, cooling, food dryers, livestock, aquaculture, pumping, and solar solutions, tailored to our work in a variety of countries across Africa.
Mr. Jolaoso has previously worked with the Bangladesh Ministry of Health to develop an interactive presentation showcasing future-facing methods that the government could take to address challenges like water and food shortages. In addition, he led the concept and development support for the Tanzania Ministry of Health’s District, Regional, and National Health Profile Interactive project. The health profiles were solutions for health reporting in areas of low connectivity and unreliable electricity. Mr. Jolaoso also partnered with Malawi Early Grade Reading Improvement and the Malawi Institute of Education to travel to Malawi in 2016 to train and lead a team of designers and illustrators to create the National primary and secondary education school books and teacher guides. Over 4 million copies of these publications were printed.
