Sarah Philbrick is an implementation specialist at RTI focused on community health. She serves as a trainer and technical assistance provider on the iMPRoVE (Measures for Providers Responding to Victimization Experiences) project. She also serves as the associate project director for the Strengthening Syringe Services Project and as qualitative task lead on the Zero Suicide Initiative Coordinating Center. Sarah is skilled in applying implementation science theory and frameworks for program evaluation; managing small and medium-sized tasks and projects; and collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing qualitative data.

Before joining RTI in 2021, Sarah provided technical assistance to and managed community health programs in North Carolina, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. She also served as a Maternal and Child Health Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua and is fluent in Spanish.
