Kim Hayes is a research public health analyst in the Communication Practice Area at RTI. Ms. Hayes has more than 15 years of experience in public health research and evaluation with youth and adult populations on topics such as cannabis, tobacco prevention and control, alcohol use, stroke, and prediabetes. She currently leads or co-leads several projects to evaluate media campaigns, including among youth and underrepresented populations. Ms. Hayes has extensive experience leading evaluation planning; designing study protocols of both quantitative and qualitative methods; designing instruments, moderator guides, and analysis plans; overseeing staffing; and preparing reports and other deliverables for clients. She has also worked on several National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded randomized controlled youth prevention intervention trials.
