Katelyn Marschall is a research public health analyst at RTI. As a researcher within the Aging, Disability, and Long-Term Care Program, she provides expert technical assistance and support to grantees, conducts qualitative research, and develops reports, toolkits, and other resources for grantees. Ms. Marschall is skilled in public policy research and analysis as well as developing and implementing systems change. 

Currently, Ms. Marschall supports both research and technical assistance projects focused on long term care for older adults and people with disabilities. Her main project is the National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center (NADRC), which is centered on providing technical assistance to ACL and its dementia grantees establishing dementia-capable communities. 

Prior to joining RTI, Ms. Marschall worked for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for nearly 10 years. In her most recently role, she supervised a team of staff that managed programs and grants related to Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, elder abuse and adult protective services, and elder benefits. Before taking on a supervisory role, she managed several dementia-related federal grants and state programs. Through these roles, Ms. Marschall developed experience working with partners at the federal, tribal, state, and local levels as well as universities, non-profit organizations, and the private sector.
