Imma Catherine

Since 2000, Imma Catherine has held human resources (HR) leadership positions in diverse domains ranging from information technology enabled services in a mid-sized organization, to a product start-up in analytics and working with a cloud-based software firm in the travel and hospitality domain. She specializes in strategic and tactical activities for HR functions, including talent acquisition, on-boarding, employee engagement, performance management and succession planning, training and development, HR communication, and policy implementation in governance.

In her current role, Ms. Catherine is responsible for leading and developing a strategic road map for RTI International India’s HR function—aligning organization design, performance management, and retention and compensation strategies.

Before joining RTI, Ms. Catherine was working as the Associate Vice President for a leading travel technology firm based in New Delhi. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Ms. Catherine has completed the Advanced Strategic Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Indore and the Post-Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management from NMIMS.
