Cindy D'Annunzio is the Strategic Account Executive who supports the strategy and growth behind RTI’s projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). RTI's CMS portfolio includes implementing and evaluating CMMI models, quality measurement and reporting, data standardization and analysis, risk adjustment, economic analysis, and national survey programs including Consumer Assessment of Health Care Providers and Systems. As a Managing Director, Ms. D’Annunzio is responsible for building partnerships, understanding consumers’ needs, and bridging the right solutions for those challenges.

Before joining RTI, Ms. D’Annunzio spent 13 years at CMS. She directed the division of error rate measurement and, prior to that, was a senior technical advisor in the Office of Financial Management and led CMS’ information technology budget. Ms. D’Annunzio also worked as a Vice President of Business Development at General Dynamics Information Technology, leading the health portfolio development and growth. In addition, she was Managing Director of the Federal health portfolio at Attain, now Maximus.
