Chloe Stephenson is a Product Manager in the User Experience Design and Product Management Program in RTI’s Center for Communication Strategy and Design. She leads teams of designers, developers, and subject matter experts through the product development lifecycle, managing them from concept creation to execution. She collaborates with clients, project teams, and partners to ensure products are intuitive, user-focused, and accessible.

Ms. Stephenson’s expertise includes product and project management, with a special focus on education technology (EdTech). The types of digital products she supports include data dissemination tools, application portals, curriculum delivery platforms, and communications websites. She has experience in both agile and waterfall management styles. Her skillsets lie in human-centered design, design thinking, user experience (UX) research, and UX writing.

Ms. Stephenson has served as the product manager of several federal EdTech products, including the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard and the United States Agency for International Development’s Early Grade Reading Barometer. She also serves as the product manager the National Institutes of Health (NIH) RECOVER Initiative website and RTI’s Curriculum Delivery Platform, a curriculum hosting software.

Ms. Stephenson’s professional background also includes data collection and instrumentation for large-scale national and international education surveys. She holds an Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan in Strategy and Innovation and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
