Chelci D. Harris is an education analyst in the Center for Education Data Integration at RTI International. She is experienced in survey instrumentation, qualitative data collection, and data visualization.  Her work includes authorship on peer-reviewed manuscripts and reports, research coordination, mental health risk assessment, and presenting research at national conferences.

Currently, Ms. Harris works on the National Postsecondary Student Aid Study (NPSA:24) and the Beginning Postsecondary Students Longitudinal Study (BPS:25) in the Education Practice Area. She also collaborates with the Health Practice Area, working on the California Youth Tobacco Survey (CYTS) and the Life Experiences and Emotional Development (LEED) study. 

Prior to joining RTI, Ms. Harris worked as a postgraduate research assistant in multiple labs at the University of Houston. There, she researched racism, personality, social justice, and Black existentialism. Ms. Harris also presented original research and contributed to studies on the experience of Black young adults during COVID-19 and the social justice movements of 2020.
