Mitigating Poor Urban Sanitation and Health Impacts
Two RTI experts, Dennis Mwanza and Laurence Yese, will speak from their experience on the USAID Effective Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Services (E-WASH) program in Nigeria to present learnings around sanitation management awareness-raising, planning, and service delivery in urban areas that take health-related perspectives into account and leverage efforts of public health stakeholders to reduce disease transmission. There will also be panelists from USAID, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, and the Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor.
Registration for the panel discussion is open until 4:00 PM ET on Wednesday, December 2.
