RTI Policing Symposium: Multifaceted Crisis Response

RTI International’s Center for Policing Research and Investigative Science is hosting its fifth policing symposium on RTI's campus. The theme for this event is Multifaceted Crisis Response. The intended audience is law enforcement and other first responders, death investigators, other criminal justice professionals, policy makers, and researchers. Co-sponsored by the North Carolina Justice Academy, the symposium will focus on pressing issues that impact organizations and individuals working to make a difference in public safety and related fields in emergency response. These topics include cross-agency crisis response, workforce resiliency, multidisciplinary response to the opioid epidemic, and victim-centered response to domestic violence and sexual assault.
