RTI is proud to sponsor the Public School Forum of North Carolina’s 2019 Eggs & Issues Breakfast.
This annual event draws hundreds of education, government, and business leaders in Raleigh, NC to discuss the most pressing issues facing North Carolina schools, as well as relevant policies and legislation likely to come up during the year.
During the event, the Public School Forum will release its Top Ten Education Issues for the year.
Panelists on the discussion include: Beth Embree, 2018-19 NC School Counselor of the Year, Catawba County Schools; Alexa Jimenez, 2018 Latinx 202 Under 20, Heritage High School in Wake Forest; Freebird McKinney, 2018 Burroughs Wellcome Fund NC Teacher of the Year, Alamance-Burlington School System; and Tabari Wallace, 2018 Wells Fargo NC Principal of the Year, Craven County Schools.
Staff members of RTI’s Center for Education Services will be at the event. The center works to empower educators to inspire future generations. The center offers webinars, seminars, and consulting services to help schools and school districts to improve the quality of education they provide, including helping schools implement project-based and social-emotional learning programs.
