North Carolina Export Initiative Summit

North Carolina Minority Business Development Association (NC MBDA) and small business CyberAlliance are proud to announce the launch of the North Carolina Export Initiative (NCEI) on May 29, aimed at stimulating economic growth and job creation by empowering small businesses to access global markets. The NCEI aims to enhance partnerships between small businesses and federal and state trade support programs, ensuring that small businesses are informed about outreach efforts and can develop profitable trade strategies.

The launch event will feature the introduction of the first cohort, offering tailored programs covering key aspects of trade strategy and cyber security that improve export readiness. 

The launch event will also include:

• Panels and presentations on minority exporting and export readiness
• Remarks by Congresswomen Valerie Foushee and Deborah Ross and other distinguished guests
• Awards recognizing outstanding achievements in export partnership and innovation
• An evening networking reception
