International Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Conference

RTI's Kevin Strom will give two presentations during the International Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Conference in Philadelphia. Strom will speak on the value of testing unsubmitted sexual assault kits and on using the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS).

IACP  brings together law enforcement professionals from federal, state, county, local and tribal agencies to learn more about the latest research, practices and equipment available to officers.
