Are you ready to switch your innovation into high gear? Join RTI Innovation Advisors for our one-day "back to school" workshop at RTI International's main campus in Research Triangle Park, NC.
We’ll explore topics you need to drive more innovation in your organization:

Identifying tools to help manage your innovation/R&D portfolio (10:15-11:30 am)

Turning ideas into products: how market and technology intelligence can improve innovation (12:15-1:45 pm)

Using the Business Model Canvas to understand a business' current state and craft strategically relevant alternatives (2-3:30 pm)

Finding the right partners to take your technology or product to market: innovation ecosystems (3:30-5 pm)

Networking (5-6 pm)
Participants can attend the entire day or only those sessions that are most relevant to them and their work.
Coffee, snacks and lunch are included in the registration fee. Lunch is from 11:30 am-12:15 pm.
