The 2023 Women in Global Development Leadership Forum is at the heart of a movement to equip practitioners from across the global development sector to effect meaningful change through the exchange of ideas, tools, and perspectives. This year, the Forum’s theme is “Leading in this moment,” and will focus on ways to respond to current challenges and lead effectively in the changing landscape of international development. Attendees have the option to attend sessions about leading oneself, leading a team, leading an organization, and leading sector transformation. Over two days of virtual programming, more than 110 speakers from around the world will unpack impactful leadership practices needed to solve the world’s toughest challenges.
The 2023 Women in Global Development Leadership Forum is hosted by the WILD network, an organization working to empower international development practitioners for effective leadership, with a special focus on women and other underrepresented groups.
