Join speakers for a conversation on how to improve collaboration within and across organizations so that organizations can carry out their commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion with accountability, with a particular focus on practices and culture at home offices.
Speakers will share practical tools, methods, and communities that are involved in creating the systems, structures, and culture, and how what we do in the home office affects broader connections to our project work and the international development industry.
Participants and speakers will contemplate questions, such as “How are you demonstrating your commitments and making them reality?”
