RTI's Kevin Strom will give a presentation with the Bureau of Justice Statistics at the Association of State Uniform Crime Reporting Programs Conference.
ASUCRP is the membership group for the state Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) programs. The state UCR programs collect crime data, either Summary UCR or NIBRS, from agencies in their state and then submit these data to the FBI as a part of the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting Program.
Kevin will be presenting about the status of the NCS-X Initiative and some tools RTI has developed that are available for states and local agencies, including the NIBRS pre-certification tool.
