The InWomen’s Group is a multidisciplinary forum addressing all aspects of substance use among women, children, and youth. The InWomen's yearly conference brings together the smartest minds in the field of gender research and substance use.
This year’s 10th anniversary conference will focus on prenatal cannabis, opioid, and alcohol use, and substance use disorders among women and families. Leading researchers in the field will meet to address these issues and set the stage for the next decade of gender and substance use research.
RTI International is cosponsoring the conference along with Indivior, NIDA, and other donors.
Panels include speakers from Norway, the Netherlands, Australia, Canada, and the United States, with attendee representation from more than 20 countries. View the full agenda here.
This year, InWomen’s will be celebrating its milestone 10th anniversary with an after-conference party. Mingle with researchers, students, and others at the evening celebration featuring hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, a selfie booth to document the fun times, dancing, and Montreal native, DJ TIZI.
