The certification recognizes the institute’s outstanding commitment to employee mental health and well-being
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — Mental Health America (MHA) has awarded nonprofit research institute RTI International with the 2022-23 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health. The first-of-its-kind certification evaluates workplace standards and recognizes employers that strive to improve employee mental health and create a psychologically safe workplace for all.
As a Bell Seal recipient, RTI joins a community of leaders who transform the workplace environment into more supportive and healthier spaces where employees can thrive.

The Bell Seal recognizes employer advances in workplace mental health by awarding bronze, silver, gold and platinum recognition levels. Recipients complete a comprehensive 58-criteria application of workplace policies and practices that influence worker mental health outcomes including workplace culture, benefits, compliance and wellness programs.
