RTI-113 [3 beta-(4-chlorophenyl)tropan-2 beta carboxylic acid phenyl ester hydrochloride], one of many phenyltropanes potent at and selective for DAT, inhibited self-administration of cocaine in rat, at doses that did not alter responding maintained by food.
