The Foreign Agricultural Service Trade Model Version 3 (FASTM3) allows users to evaluate the potential economic impacts of trade policies for various agricultural products (Wood et al. 2021). It was developed by RTI for the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service. The goal of this project was to assess the feasibility of using an alternative set of elasticities that were generated by Virginia Tech and Purdue University as inputs into FASTM3.
