Sanjay Gupta

Sanjay Gupta is the Head - Finance at RTI International India, a wholly owned subsidiary of RTI International, USA. Mr. Gupta is a Chartered Accountant with vast experience across start-ups, ramp-ups, and mature operations, with exposure to global corporate operations including global brands (Deloitte, IBM, Agilent (HP), and Manpower).

Mr. Gupta has more than two decades of experience in financial leadership, including corporate governance; financial strategy; systems and process development; multisite management; finance automation; shared service center; cost control and reduction; risk management including taxation, statutory, and internal audits; compliances including legal and secretarial, contracts, and agreements; accounting and internal controls including annual budgeting, management information systems, and reporting; financial planning and analysis; monthly and yearly closings; funds management; working capital management; and talent management.

Mr. Gupta is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
