Rachel Clodfelter is a research education analyst committed to improving education and health outcomes through data-driven research and community engagement. With over 13 years of research and data collection experience and 9 years of supervisory and management expertise, she excels in leading teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Since joining RTI in 2019, her projects have included work on large scale data collection projects for the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics and the California Department of Public Health’s Tobacco Prevention Program. Ms. Clodfelter monitors data collection quality and progress, contributes to the design of data collection tools, develops training materials, supervises data collection staff, and contributes to reports and presentations. Before joining RTI, Ms. Clodfelter worked in project management, customer service, and community outreach roles. Notably, she supported individuals facing employment barriers by providing coaching and collaborating with community partners and employers. Her leadership experience extends to managing a large team at a specialty retail store, where she focused on staff development and operational excellence.
