Monica Dongre

Monica Dongre is a Senior Employment Counsel at RTI who advises her HR and business partners regarding all areas of employment law. Though she started her career as a litigator with small, well-regarded law firms in Northern Virginia, Monica has spent most of her career as an in-house attorney with a focus on employment law. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She is also the Labor and Employment Committee Chair for the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
