Marque C. Long, MPH is a public health analyst specializing in behavioral and mental health, aging and disability, and social determinants of health. Since joining RTI in 2021, Mr. Long has worked on several federally funded initiatives designed to address critical public health challenges and improve systems of care for underserved populations. His expertise spans policy analysis, program evaluation, and project management, making him a valuable partner in public health research and evaluation.

Mr. Long's current work focuses on advancing health equity and strengthening public health systems through rigorous research, data analysis, and evaluation. He is an analyst on the Federal Meta-Analysis Support project, funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), this project provides essential support for the evaluation of Medicaid 1115 Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Serious Mental Illness (SMI) waivers.

Under RTI’s Rapid Cycle contract with the Administration for Community Living (ACL), Mr. Long contributes to multiple evaluation projects that drive meaningful insights for ACL’s programs and policies. These efforts include the Biennial Research and Evaluation Report, which provides an annual overview of ACL’s research and evaluation activities, and the Aging with a Disability project, which examines how ACL’s aging and disability networks support individuals to age in place safely, reducing reliance on institutional care.
