Laura Burns Fritch is a survey methodologist at RTI who leads the development and testing of web, CATI, CAPI, paper and pencil, and multimodal surveys for large national data collections with the general population and diverse subpopulations, including doctorate recipients, postsecondary institution administrative personnel, teachers, principals, counselors, and high school students and their parents. She also manages qualitative studies such as cognitive interviews as well as survey experiments. Ms. Fritch currently works on multiple projects, including the Survey of Earned Doctorates (SED), the Survey of Graduate Students and Postdoctorates in Science and Engineering (GSS), the Cybersecurity Workforce Data Initiative (CWDI), and the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES).
