Erica Adams

Erica Adams is currently the Deputy Chief of Party – Operations of the USAID UPSKILL Program in the Philippines. She is an accomplished subcontracting, grants, and financial management expert with over 15 years of experience, providing strategic and operational oversight in the design, administration, and management of multiple USAID-funded partnership and grants projects across economic growth, governance, and stability programs. She specializes in programs with large grant funds and is highly adept at translating technical imperatives into effective grant types and building grantee and project partner capacity to deliver against key technical and operational requirements.

Ms. Adams also brings demonstrated experience in subcontractor management, financial management and compliance, systems development and database management, procurement, monitoring and evaluation, strategic communications, gender and social inclusion, and capacity building for local organizations and service providers.
