Deishalí DeWitt

Deishalí DeWitt is a project administrative support specialist at RTI Innovation Advisors, a business unit of RTI. She works with projects leads to implement best practices in work plan management and meet administrative needs, including the setup of purchase orders and fulfilling change request for project consultants and consortium partners. She is an expert in coordinating multiple partner needs across projects and adapting new management systems to assist in change management.

Currently, Ms. DeWitt supports Measuring Progress and Analyzing Country-led Transformation (MPACT) in Africa and Asia project. RTI, in partnership with the Gates Foundations, supports the development of monitoring, learning, and evaluation processes that will enable adaptive management and evidence-based decision-making for tracking progress and impact of agricultural development in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Before joining RTI in 2022, Ms. DeWitt served in the United States Marine Corps as a musician, supporting community events and military ceremonies, both domestic and international. In this role, Ms. DeWitt fulfilled various responsibilities as administration chief, unit physical trainer, team supervisor, professional mentor, and interpersonal counselor to over 100 Marines.
