Allison Lim is an Innovation Analyst for RTI Innovation Advisors, a business unit of RTI. She collaborates with corporate, non-government organizations, and government organizations on innovation problems with a focus on sustainability. Dr. Lim is an expert in plastics and polymers, including materials for plastic recycling and circular economy. 

Before joining RTI in 2023, Dr. Lim had a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of California San Diego.
