Women’s Global Leadership Forum 2024

The WILD network is a hub for leadership, career development, and community-building for people addressing complex problems in global development and in the humanitarian and social impact sectors. The organization’s flagship event is the annual Women’s Global Leadership Forum, which convenes a global audience for transformational leadership learning, networking, and career development.  

Forum attendees can attend sessions about leading oneself, leading a team, leading an organization, and leading sector transformation. New this year is the “Aiming High Symposium,” which will take place in Washington, DC and offer an in-person experience. Two days of virtual programming follow the Symposium. Over the course of the Forum, more than 100 speakers from around the world will discuss leadership practices needed to create and scale impact. 

RTI involvement 

RTI is a Platinum sponsor for the WILD Forum. Three RTI team members have speaking roles: 

Titianne Donde will speak as part of the main agenda in a session entitled, “What could your organization accomplish with access to all the capability that sits inside it?” Speakers will discuss the concept of "multiplier leadership," or how to unlock and develop employee talent. 

Cynthia del Aguila and Tere Ligorria will host a community conversation entitled, “From A to B (and everything that happens in between)”, a discussion on creating a satisfying career trajectory that will touch on topics such as building a network, finding support, surviving detours, developing resilience, achieving work-life balance, and female mentorship.
