ASCD Conference on Teacher Excellence

RTI will be attending the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development's (ASCD) 2020 Conference on Teaching Excellence. This is a professional learning event for educators looking for strategies to build trusting connections with students and families, provide unique learning supports to engage students with what they are studying, and allow students independence to take initiative with their learning.

Participants are invited to explore sessions, headliners, and luncheons during the event that will provide practical techniques for adopting trauma informed practices, understanding implicit bias, and recognizing the importance of self-care in order to avoid compassion fatigue in one’s self and other educators. The RTI Center for Education Services team will be at the conference to provide their expertise in these subject areas and empower teachers to provide the support that students need to succeed.
