Workshop 3:
Effective Instructional Design in a Virtual Space
What defines sound instructional design and how can we use what we know about related best practices to intentionally plan for effective instruction in a virtual space? This session will explore similarities and differences between face-to-face and remote learning and support teachers in adapting what works in classrooms to maximize learning and student engagement during remote instruction. During the session, participants will engage in and reflect on experiences that demonstrate effective practice and come away with strategies to enhance remote learning experiences for students.
