Collaborative Tools for Teams

In this 2-day workshop, participants build capacity for collective efficacy in Professional Learning Communities and other collaborative groups within their schools and districts. Through guided reflection and discussion as well as structured interactions and processes, participants learn to utilize and adapt tools that promote equitable contributions to enhance the work of collaborative groups. By the end of the session, participants will:

• Explore strategies and activities that contribute to a culture of trust and collaboration;
• Model and practice protocols that promote effective communication through professional inquiry and constructive feedback; and
• Understand how collegial equity and collective efficacy foster innovation and support student achievement.
