Identifying and developing high-throughput screening assays to validate novel drug targets
Our pharmacologists are skilled at elucidating mechanism of action and adapting R&D assays for use with automated liquid handling and incorporation into HTS assays. We have the molecular, biological, and pharmacological expertise to develop and optimize bioassays for HTS campaigns.
We support these campaigns with our proprietary chemical libraries for GPCRs, ion channels, and protein-protein interactions. We also support secondary screens to assess ligand bias and receptor selectivity, as well as hit-to-lead optimization.
