RTI Photo Usage Policy

All photographs are copyrighted by Research Triangle Institute, d/b/a RTI International ("RTI"). RTI photographs are free to use in news media and public information products, as well as for other noncommercial and scholarly use.

RTI photographs may not be used to imply RTI’s endorsement of any product, service, organization, or individual. They may not be used for commercial purposes or in advertising. RTI photographs may not be sold to third parties. Copying or redistributing RTI photographs in any manner for personal or corporate gain is not permitted. You may not allow or authorize any other person or entity to use RTI photographs except in accordance with these terms.

RTI requests that you credit RTI International when using an RTI image in any publicly distributed media.

Permission to use RTI photos does not extend to use of RTI’s logo. RTI’s logo may only be used by third parties with permission from RTI’s Office of Communications.
