Public-Private Partnerships in Global Health

We work to identify, develop, and manage public-private partnerships between governments, the private sector, and nongovernmental organizations that contribute to increased and improved social sector investments in quality maternal-child health, nutrition, water and sanitation, and reproductive health services. We also leverage donated drugs from large pharmaceutical partners to provide broad-scale preventive chemotherapy that globally addresses neglected tropical diseases.

We identify partners, such as leading regional and multinational companies, and collaborate with them to explore new and sustainable ways to promote corporate social responsibility, coordinate their social investment efforts, and increase impact on the health sector. Our experience enables us to ensure that invested funds are spent transparently and accountably. We also measure and report on actual results, offering assurance for private sector partners that their funds are appropriately spent.
