Improving food choices and accessibility for consumers around the world
For consumers to make better food choices, they need knowledge of nutrition and access to food that is both healthy and affordable. To improve public health and well-being through better nutrition, we analyze and evaluate our clients’ programs and policies to ensure they support the availability, accessibility, and affordability of food.
On behalf of government agencies, foundations, and other clients, we study vulnerable populations and limited-resource households in domestic and international settings. Our goal is to improve diet quality by informing programs and policies that impact food product offerings and consumer choices and that reduce hunger and food insecurity.
