Elizabeth Standafer is a senior subject matter expert at RTI, where she supports work on the Educator Registered Apprenticeship Intermediary for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship and the DoD STEM Career Connected Learning. Dr. Standafer’s expertise in workforce development, apprenticeship, and career and technical education stems from her previous experiences as a CTE and secondary elementary director, K-12 teacher, regional certified career pathways facilitator, statewide youth apprenticeship manager, and work-based learning consultant for the Department of Education.

Dr. Standafer is a skilled 1:1 coach, convener, presenter, and evaluator. She has held professional certifications with the National Board for Certified Counselors, the National Center for Construction Education Research, and the National Career Development Association.
