Anna MacMonegle is a public health researcher with an academic background in economics who specializes in evaluating anti-tobacco communication campaigns. With expertise in health communication, she leads economic modeling to analyze campaign messages, measure campaign awareness and exposure, monitor the effects of campaigns on state and national quitline use, and evaluate the behavioral impact of campaigns.

Since joining RTI in 2010, Ms. MacMonegle has contributed to several of our key tobacco studies. She has helped state and federal clients evaluate the effectiveness of their efforts to encourage tobacco users to quit, and nonusers to avoid trying tobacco in the first place.
