The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) Annual Meeting will bring together nearly 4,000 food safety professionals from across the globe to share the latest research, approaches, and solutions in the field on July 16-19 in Toronto.
RTI researchers are excited to attend this year’s IAFP Annual Meeting to network with food safety professionals from across the world and present our findings during several poster presentations. Jenna Brophy will present two sessions focused on understanding how consumers use manufacturing cooking instructions and identifying needed improvements in food safety practices. RTI’s research will also be presented in three other poster sessions over the course of the conference.
Join us at our presentations to learn how we can collaborate on innovative strategies to improve food safety.
